Good question. All of our tours are hosted through a cloud service known as Matterport.

Matterport charges a fee to keep these highly detailed 3D models live and accessible to your clients across the web. Thus, a small monthly hosting fee of $10 (or $100/year) applies after a two month free period.. This is invoiced automatically and securely through Square every month.

You can deactivate your tour or request a transfer of ownership to your own active Matterport account at any time. Please note that deactivated tours are subject to permanent deletion after a certain period. See our Terms & Conditions for details.

Virtual Spaces can be used anywhere. For real estate, our tours seamlessly integrate with local MLS systems, Zillow, and Redfin to make your listings stand out. For businesses like restaurants, retail stores, or Airbnb hosts, you can easily embed your tour on your website, Facebook page, Google Business profile, or Airbnb Listing to attract more customers.

Less than you'd expect! While example pricing is available on our Pricing & Services page, a standard Virtual Space typically costs between $100 and $200. Still photos and additional hosting can be added separately with discounts available for long-term clients.

You don’t have to do any heavy lifting. We shoot, render, and host your virtual space from start to finish. Just pay an invoice, provide instructions for entry, and watch your inbox. We’ll handle the rest and email you the final product.

You can also rest easy knowing we are fully insured for every project up to $2,000,000.
